GOP Tea Party Confederate Clown of the Day
Virginia’s Governor Bob McDonnell declared April as “Confederate History and Heritage Month”. The thing about Confederate History, just so you know, is that the Great War of Yankee Aggression had nothing to do with slavery. So, it’s not worth mentioning. The Civil War was about state’s rights, not slavery. Tariffs, not slavery. The needs of the southern farmer versus the Northern industrial expansion.
